to not be senile, or crazy (usually from old age); to have your brain functioning well
Example:
She is in her nineties, but thankfully, she still has her mind. In fact, her mind is quite sharp, and she has a great sense of humour.
The opposite of to HAVE ONE’s MIND is to LOSE ONE’s MIND
Example:
Sometimes life is so busy, I feel like I am losing my mind.
