put a large amount of something in someone’s arms, on someone’s plate, etc.
1. We loaded up on snacks and headed to the basement to watch movies.
2. I think if we load up both our cars, we can move all your boxes to your new apartments in 3 or 4 trips.
3. My boss has really loaded my calendar up this month.
